A Christmas book-shaped gift box that opens onto a treasure of hazelnut praline papillotes, to write delicious festive memories. The Frigoulette papillote, a heart full of indulgence! Beneath its festive wrapper, our papillote reveals a unique recipe: a praline of hazelnuts roasted over a wood fire in the Creuse, combined with our dark São Tomé chocolate. The warm notes of the hazelnut meet the intensity of the cocoa in a deliciously melting bite.

Dairy-free, with no cream and no animal fat, an artisan creation that lets the flavour take centre stage. Fire-roasted Sicilian hazelnuts come into their own, with delicately toasted notes and a long, chocolatey flavour. A pure recipe, where the hazelnut brings roundness and the chocolate gives structure. Our original recipe, made at more than 4 tonnes a year, 3 tonnes of which go to Biocoop, sold all over France.
