We carefully select hazelnuts, almonds, raisins and orange peel to make generous mendiants. The hazelnuts and almonds are roasted to bring out their aromas, then crushed into pieces. Spread by hand on our worktop with the raisins and orange peel, they sit on our dark chocolate discs: a marriage of crunch, melt-in-the-mouth chocolate and fruity notes.

Their name recalls the four dried fruits of the Provençal Christmas tradition, once linked to the habits of the mendicant religious orders. Our mendiants come nestled in an elegant gift box, for a lovely moment of indulgence.
