Dried fruit and nut mendiants gift box

We carefully select hazelnuts, almonds, raisins and orange peel to make generous mendiants. The hazelnuts and almonds are roasted to bring out their aromas, then crushed into pieces. Spread by hand on our worktop with the raisins and orange peel, they top our dark chocolate discs: a marriage of crunch, melting softness and fruity notes.

Their name recalls the four dried fruits and nuts of the Provençal Christmas tradition, once linked to the habits of the mendicant religious orders. Our mendiants come nestled in an elegant box, a lovely way to share a moment of indulgence.
