Our lime-filled chocolate, a firm favourite of ours and one of our customers’ best-loved treats.** In our workshop, we make a lightly sweetened lime marmalade and let it simmer gently for several hours. We then pair it with our chocolate to create three indulgent layers: two thin layers of chocolate wrapped around a soft, melting lime centre.
From the first bite, the chocolate gives way to reveal the zesty freshness of the lime. The softness of the citrus meets the intensity of the cocoa in a lively, delicate balance that lingers on the palate. A surprising creation, found only at Chocolats Frigoulette.
