Beneath its festive wrapper, our papillote hides a unique recipe: a praliné of hazelnuts roasted over a wood fire in the Creuse, combined with our dark São Tomé chocolate. The warm notes of the hazelnut meet the intensity of the cocoa in a deliciously melting mouthful.

Made without milk, cream or animal fat, this handcrafted creation puts flavour first. Sicilian hazelnuts, roasted over a fire, come into their own, with delicately toasted notes and a long, chocolatey finish. A pure recipe, where the hazelnut brings roundness and the chocolate brings structure. Our original recipe, made at more than 4 tonnes a year, 3 tonnes of which go to Biocoop, sold all over France
