Hazelnut praline papillotes - 125 g

Beneath its festive wrapper, our papillote hides a unique recipe: a hazelnut praline, wood-fire roasted in the Creuse, combined with our dark São Tomé chocolate. The warm notes of hazelnut meet the intensity of cocoa in a deliciously melting mouthful.

Made without milk, cream or animal fat, this artisan creation puts the flavour first. The fire-roasted Sicilian hazelnut comes through fully, with delicate toasted notes and a long, chocolatey finish. A pure recipe, where the hazelnut brings roundness and the chocolate gives structure. Our original recipe, made at more than 4 tonnes a year, 3 of them for Biocoop, and sold all over France.
