The Frigoulette Papillote, a heart full of indulgence! Dressed in its festive wrapping, our papillote reveals a unique recipe: a praline of hazelnuts roasted over a wood fire in the Creuse, combined with our dark chocolate from São Tomé. The warm notes of hazelnut meet the intensity of cocoa in a deliciously melting bite.

Milk-free, cream-free and free from animal fat, this artisan creation lets the flavour take centre stage. Sicilian hazelnuts, fire-roasted, come into their own, with delicately toasted notes and a long, chocolatey taste. A pure recipe, where the hazelnut brings roundness and the chocolate gives structure. Our original recipe, made at over 4 tonnes a year, 3 tonnes of which are for Biocoop, sold all over France
