Beneath its festive wrapping, our papillote reveals a one-of-a-kind recipe: a hazelnut praline, wood-fire roasted in the Creuse, paired with our dark chocolate from São Tomé. The warm notes of hazelnut meet the intensity of cocoa in a deliciously melting mouthful.

Made without milk, cream or animal fat, this handcrafted creation lets the flavour take centre stage. Sicilian hazelnuts, roasted over a fire, come into their own with delicately toasted notes and a long, chocolatey finish. A pure recipe, where the hazelnut brings roundness and the chocolate brings structure. Our original recipe, made at a rate of more than 4 tonnes a year, 3 tonnes of which go to Biocoop, and sold all over France.
